The Exchange Club of West St. Tammany will host its annual “Ultimate Tailgate Party” at the Covington Trailhead to kick off a winning football season for the New Orleans Saints, LSU Tigers and Tulane Green Wave. The fundraiser benefits the Louisiana Coalition against Human Trafficking, Upward Community Services, and Wounded War Heroes.
