Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) and the Greater New Orleans Youth Orchestra (GNOYO) will put on a concert on Mandeville’s Lakefront. GNOYO opens the show at 4 PM followed by Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra at 5 PM. LPO musicians will be dressed in Halloween costumes, and audience members are invited to get in the spirit by costuming, too.
