This annual festival takes place all along Girod Street in Old Mandeville, and includes a Children’s Village with arts and crafts, a food court featuring a variety of local restaurants, live music, train rides, old fashioned horse and carriage rides, and roaming holiday characters like the Grinch, Cindy Lou Who, Frosty the Snowman and Christmas carolers.
