This annual Baroque Christmas program at First Baptist Church of Covington kicks off with Ralph Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on Greensleeves, the folk song from which the popular Christmas carol, “What Child Is This?” borrowed its melody. The festivities continue with Corelli’s “Christmas Concerto” and Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 by J.S. Bach.
